Let’s row until we are 300 years young!
We live in crazy times. Common sense is not a common character trait anymore. Opinions are diverse, but not only smart. But complaining about the ugly world does not help. The question is: How can you stay positive, remain successful and contribute to making things a little better?
To find some answers, I reached out to Xeno Müller. He is an Olympic Gold and Silver medalist in rowing. We talk about:
How to tackle life and death situations.
What it takes to become world’s number one.
What we can learn from rowing to live a fulfilling life.
How to keep up fulfilling relationships with the people you value most.
And why we should row until we are 300 years young.
I hope you enjoy the show with Xeno as much as I did. So let’s stay positive and undertake the strongest thing, humans can do: making the present.

Xeno Muller (originally Mueller) is the Michael Jordan of Rowing. Just a couple of months before his Olympic race, he was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. But this did not stop him from winning Gold — and four years later, Silver. Today he works as an elite rowing coach, advising high school rowers to make the rowing dreams reality.
